Suffa Islamic Research Center is a traditional Sunni Hanafi spiritual and research institute rooted in classical Islamic scholarship. Serving practicing Muslim families in Michigan, Suffa is committed to structured learning, spiritual refinement, and principled adherence to authentic Islamic tradition. We emphasize adab-centered education, disciplined study, and clear standards of modesty in programming and facility use. Alongside formal educational programs, Suffa operates a structured khanqah model featuring monthly dhikr gatherings and spiritual talks focused on gradual purification of the heart (tazkiyah). Our aim is to cultivate sincerity, knowledge, and closeness to Allah through scholarship paired with spiritual growth, under qualified scholarly leadership.
